C. Budget and Budget Justification.
The proposed budget for the project should be concisely presented and carefully justified. (For allowable cost categories by grant type, please refer to Policies Governing Research Grants and Fellowships, Section F.) Sample formats for budgets, by project type, are included in the application packet as Appendices A1, A2 and A3. The budget and narrative budget justification should be confined to one page and should appear as Page Two for all grant categories.
