Wonderful

Activity Booths

Thank you so much for supporting Hunter’s Hope by sharing your Activity with the children at this year’s Hunter’s Day of Hope and Prayer for Children!

As an Activity Provider, you must have a fun activity for the children visiting your Booth. We ask that you do your best to follow this year’s theme (see below) and color scheme (photo above) when planning your Activity.

Every child should have the chance to win a prize at your Activity Booth. You will need to provide enough prizes for 50 children. You will also need to provide enough volunteers to man your booth.

You will be provided with an eight-foot table with a plastic cover, and two chairs.

We have some restrictions on what you can have at your Booth. No food, beverage, or liquids. They are only allowed in the designated food area.

Schedule

We ask that you arrive no later than noon on the 15th to set up your Activity Booth. When you enter the front of the building (ADPRO Sports Training Center), there will be a Welcome and Information Table on your right with Hunter’s Hope staff waiting to welcome you and provide you with any additional information you may need. You should then find your Activity Booth. It will be the table that has your group name on it. You can then set up your Activity.

All activities stop at 3:30, when everyone joins the Kelly Family at the Entertainment Stage for prayer. You then should return to your Booth to close it down and clean up your area. Activity Booths must be cleared to look as they did when you arrived, no later than 4:30. Able Table, our table rental company, will be coming to take them down at that time.

If you have any questions during the event, please go to the Hunter’s Hope Welcome and Information Table.
