The boy on the shirts was drawn to the likeness of a special statue of Hunter Kelly holding up a Heart of Hope created by Mike Hamby, a friend of Jim's and former NFL Buffalo Bills teammate. A bronze replica of this statue has been awarded over the last 10 years to several special supporters of Hunter's Hope.
