Accommodations, Meals, Transportation

Meals, accommodations and ground transportation (upon request) will be provided for all Presenters and the LCN Certified Center Directors and Care Coordinators. All other participants may attend in person at their own expense or attend virtually.

For participants attending in person, Hunter’s Hope will book your room based on the nights indicated on your registration form. Please let us know of any changes to your plans at least three weeks prior to the meeting, as Holiday Valley may charge guests for any last-minute changes.

A $150 registration fee helps cover meals and refreshments on July 14 and 15 while at the resort, as well as shuttle service upon completion of the shuttle reservation form. All other ground transportation (e.g., Uber, taxis) is at your own expense.
