Thank you so much for supporting Hunter’s Hope by providing Entertainment at this year’s Hunter’s Day of Hope and Prayer for Children!
Schedule
We ask that you arrive no later than one hour before you are scheduled to perform. Your scheduled time to perform will be emailed to you as soon as the schedule is finalized. The final schedule will be a link on this web page.
When you enter the front of the building (ADPRO Sports Training Center), there will be a Welcome and Information Table on your right with Hunter’s Hope staff waiting to welcome you and provide you with any additional information you may need. You should then find the stage area where you will be performing. Someone will be there to answer any questions you may have and to confirm your stage time.
All activities stop at 3:30, when everyone joins the Kelly Family at the Entertainment Stage for prayer. The event is over at 4:00 and all areas must be cleaned no later than 4:30.
