When you arrive at Holiday Valley, check-in and welcome bags will be in the main lobby of the Tamarack Club. Upon check-in, you will need to leave a major credit card with the resort for incidentals (and to pay for your room if you are a self-pay guest).

Check out is at 10am on the day of your departure.

Please make sure to grab your welcome bag from the lobby!

Please notify us of any changes in your plans as soon as possible. Should you cancel or change your reservation last minute, you may be responsible for the cost of room. A restaurant is in the hotel but closes at 9pm. If you arrive later than this, please make other plans for dinner ahead of your arrival on Monday.

Please note that the hotel is roughly an hour from the airport.

Parking

There is a parking garage under the Tamarack Club that is accessible with your room key. If you are not staying at the hotel, parking is available in the main lot or in the overflow lot directly across the street.

Shuttle

The shuttle schedule is in the important links section on the Symposium webpage and will be available at the front desk in Tamarack as well as in the dining and meeting rooms.

Please review your scheduled shuttle times for your arrival and departure.

Shuttle Arrival: Upon exiting the airport at baggage claim, please turn left and walk toward the rideshare area and at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your shuttle’s departure. Please look for First Student vehicles that are yellow school buses or minivans and staff will be wearing yellow or orange vests.

Shuttle Departure: Please meet in the hotel lobby or outside of Tamarack with your belongings 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure. Timeliness is important to ensuring that we can get everyone to the airport on time.

Dress

Dress throughout the week is business casual/casual. Please be comfortable!
