Kid Kamp Information
When: Thursday, July 18th and Friday, July 19th
Drop-off: 8:45am
Lunch: Pick up and Drop off (See agenda for lunch times)
Pick-up: 4:30pm
Location: Creekside Lodge
Kid-Kamp is provided as a special service for our families. It requires many qualified volunteers who give up their time to care for your children. Please review these Important Notes.
On-Site Contacts
On-Site Contact(s) are family members or caregivers who are authorized to address any need your child may have throughout their time in Kid Kamp. We will text these contacts as needed, so please make sure your On-Site Contact(s) contact information is provided when you sign in your child on the day of Kid Kamp and that they are reachable at all times.
One-On-One Supervision
If your child requires One-On-One Supervision, you must provide an adult to be with your child at all times during Kid-Kamp.
* Volunteers will not be available for One-On-One Supervision.
Children Under Four Years Old
If your child is under four years old, you must provide an adult to be with them at all times during Kid-Kamp.
* Volunteers will not be available for any children under four years old.
Restroom
If your child is not able to use the restroom unattended, your On-Site Contact will be called.
* Volunteers will not supervise children in restrooms.
Issues
If your child has any issues, your On-Site Contact will be called.
* Volunteers will stand with your child until you arrive to help your child.
Allergies
Snacks are served throughout the day during Kid Kamp. If your child has any allergies or you do not want your child to eat snacks, please make sure to notify Kid Kamp staff when dropping off your child.
