Lord, thank You for today.
Even after a sleepless night, I’m thankful for another day.
Although nothing has changed, I thank You for today.
Even as I sit here and ponder the many challenges and obstacles our family will face, I’m so thankful that You have given us one more day.
Today is a gift from You.
Help us to rejoice and be glad in it.
You know every detail of what this day holds.
Father, please wrap me in Your love and help me to press on.
Give me the courage and confidence I need to live for You today.
Your love is deeper and more intense than I can comprehend.
I can’t fathom that kind of love.
Help me to know I am beautiful in Your sight.
Please reveal Yourself to me today in a way only You can.
Lord, help me to fear not, for You are with me always.
Please help me to find comfort in You and shield me from all that would try to harm me today.
Please fill me with peace that surpasses all understanding.
Open my eyes so I can see You in the midst of this darkness.
Lord, please give me the wisdom and divine guidance I need to be who You created me to be today.
I long to trust You completely with all that I am and all that I have.
Help me to trust You.
Every day is one day closer to seeing You face-to-face, Jesus.
Until that day, help me to press on.
